Turns out I like art about infrastructure. I don’t know why. For example… here are some prints I bought from local artists.

Mike Kimball did this aluminum print of a container ship in the Port of Oakland, based on an original photo and then vectorized with his own software method:

Michael Murphy has done a whole series of prints with a modernist jet-age interpretation of San Francisco’s built infrastructure. I bought these three:

Finally, Pep Ventosa did this awesome digital photo reformulation of Baltimore PCC car 1063 that’s run along the Embarcadero by the Market Street Railway volunteers:
